Cancellation policy

Lounge 143 subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle - you will receive your final monthly envelope before your subscription ends. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription through the customer portal.
