Each month, you receive a carefully curated set of six pieces: a hand-written letter, a destination-inspired limited edition art print polaroid-like card, a recipe card, a reflection card with journaling prompts for that month's theme, a small keepsake postage stamp sticker of the destination, and a unique interactive piece that changes each time.

Some months, it might be a ticket stub bookmark, an origami puzzle, a four leaf clover - who knows?! Your very first month will come with a mini passport notebook and a boarding pass.

Some pieces are meant to be experienced in the moment... while others are meant to be given away (such as the mini polaroid-like cards), and some stay with you long after.

Everything is designed to feel like it came from a place... and found its way to you.

Each month is a surprise.

Part of the experience is not knowing... and letting the place reveal itself when it arrives.

But for those who like a whisper before the reveal, the QR code inside holds a video version of the letter... and a quiet hint of where we're headed next, shaped by your vote. ;)

Letters are mailed once a month.

These are sent as stamped mail, so there's no tracking provided.

They're meant to arrive the way letters once did... unannounced, a small surprise waiting for you.

Domestic (U.S.A.) orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7 business days of shipping date.

For international orders, depending on your location, please allow up to 21 days.

Not every destination will be your favorite... and that's part of the experience.

This is truly a labor of love for me. Because prints are made with care and intention, all sales are final. I'm unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

You can cancel anytime to stop future physical mailings; however, refunds are not available for cancelled subscriptions.

Every order is packed with care to keep your items safe during transit. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@lounge143.com with your name, address, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I'll be glad to resolve the issue. 

Lost letters will only be considered after 30 days. Sometimes mail is delayed, and sometimes it gets returned to me if an address isn't quite right. So please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct as that is often the little culprit. These all take time, but either way, we'll figure it out and find the best solution for you. Thank you for understanding.
